  1. Login

    Login in to your member area

    Set up your bank details by going to Self Service > My Claims Options

  2. Upload

    Click on Claims and start uploading your receipts

    If your receipt contains more than one treatment, each one should be added as a separate treatment item.

  3. Submit

    Review your receipts and submit to complete.

Once your claim is approved, it will be paid into your bank account within 5 working days.
